Abandoned manufactured/mobile homes have been an increasing problem throughout Arizona. The state laws regarding abandonment include a number of provisions scattered throughout the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, the Residential Landlord and Tenant Act, general lien statutes and the motor vehicle code, but it does not comprehensively address this growing problem. This 84-page manual describes the process that has been developed over the years to deal with the abandoned home situation and includes sample forms.
