Community Membership
MHCA community membership is offered to any manufactured housing community, mobile home park, mobile home community, or park that rent spaces to recreational vehicles in Arizona. Each community maintains its own membership, even if communities share ownership. Each membership carries annual dues calculated based on the size of the community or number of spaces for mobile homes and recreational vehicles.
