MHCA: The Voice of Arizonas Manufactured Housing Community Owners
What is MHCA? Manufactured Housing Communities of Arizona (MHCA) is a non-profit organization
created in 1947 to protect and promote the interests of manufactured housing
community owners. MHCA does this in many different ways, including tackling
legislative and legal issues, educating community owners and managers, and working
to improve Arizonas manufactured housing communities. Through numerous
publications and educational opportunities, MHCA offers owners and managers the
resources they need to successfully operate their communities. MHCA is governed by
a volunteer Board of community owners who are annually elected by the membership.
The Board meets throughout the year to determine MHCAs position and actions on
numerous issues.
MHCA offers several types of membership:
- Community Membership which consists of mobile home parks, manufactured
housing communities, park model communities and parks that rent spaces to recreational vehicles.
- Service and Industry Membership consists of manufacturers and retailers of
manufactured homes and recreational vehicles, and suppliers of goods, materials or
services to the industry.
- Provisional Membership consists of persons who are engaged in construction or
development of a manufactured/mobile home community or recreational vehicle park.
- Honorary Membership may be bestowed upon any person, for a period not to exceed
five years, due to outstanding service or contributions to the manufactured home
industry or MHCA.
Join the MHCA and enjoy the benefits of membership!
